Yes, all our items can be returned within 30 days and will be refunded or exchanged. As long as they are returned unworn, with their tags intact, and in the original packaging!

Returns are very easy; there are no labels to print. Simply submit your return request here and follow the instructions.

As soon as your return package is dropped off at a collection point, your refund is on its way! You can now reorder the items you want.

Yes, no problem. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. If no shipping options are available, contact us so we can set up shipping for your country.

Additional fees may apply for returns. Outside of Europe, it will cost between €10 and €15 to return your package.

The delivery time will be indicated when ordering and will depend on the type of delivery you have selected (priority, economy, relay, etc.). In general, the package will take between 3 and 7 days to arrive!

Once the order has been validated, it is not possible to modify it. In case of error, you will have to reorder and return the incorrect one or wait to receive it and be able to exchange the products.
