Competition Rules
“A Golden Ticket to Japan”

Article 1: Organizing Company


Through its Hayami website, SARL OKA PRODUCTION, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 84276303900034, domiciled at 98 route de la Reine, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, is organizing a competition with an obligation to purchase called “A Golden Ticket to Japan”


Pursuant to Law No. 2014-1545 of December 20, 2014, which amended Article L. 121-36 and repealed all of Articles L. 121-36-1 to L. 121-41, these competition rules have not been filed with a bailiff. The rules can be viewed throughout the duration of the competition by following the link available on the competition page on the Hayami website.

All trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any unauthorized reproduction of these brands, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal sanctions.

All software used on the site and that to which it allows access, as well as the texts, comments, illustrations or images reproduced on the site to which it allows access are subject to copyright and their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal sanctions.

These rules define the legal rules applicable to this competition.

Article 2: Participants

The competition is open to any natural person aged 18 and over (adult), with Internet access and a valid email address, residing in one of the following countries: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Andorra, Monaco, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, French overseas departments and territories.

All company staff and partners, including their families and spouses (marriage, civil partnership or recognized marital status or not), are excluded from any participation in this game and from any prize, whether directly or indirectly.

Article 3: Duration

The competition runs from Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. until Tuesday, December 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m., French time.

Article 4: Terms of participation and Prize


The Organizer of this competition intends to offer the winner, through the Keikaku travel agency, SARL KIZUNA, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of La Rochelle under SIRET number 79754605800042, domiciled at 6, Avenue Eric Tabarly, 17180 Périg:

A 7-night stay in Japan for 2 people in 2025 for a maximum value of €2,000 per person, or €4,000 in total.


This winning lot includes:


• One round-trip plane ticket per person (departure from Paris for a direct flight to Japan in economy class)
• Accommodation in the city of Tokyo in a 3-star establishment or equivalent, in a Double or Twin room,
• The exact dates of the stay will be set at the participants' choice and included within the following periods during the year 2025:
- From March 15 to May 15
- From July 15 to August 25
- From October 15 to November 15
• The choice of the travel date will be made at the latest 2 months before takeoff
WhatsApp support in French during Japanese hours (9am to 5pm local time) is included.
• What is not included: meals and drinks, personal expenses and souvenirs, transport costs not indicated, entry fees for visits and activities, possible tourist taxes, etc.
• Possible extra options at the winner’s choice, for example:
- Other cities than Tokyo with adapted transport packages
- Internet access: Pocket Wifi or eSIM
- Private bilingual French-Japanese guides
- Possible activities: Tokyo Skytree, Team Lab, amusement park (Tokyo Disney, USJ, Ghibli museum or park, etc.), cooking classes, kimono rental, tea ceremony, etc.

This prize is not interchangeable with any other item or monetary value and will not give rise to a partial or total refund. Participants are informed that the sale or exchange of the prize is strictly prohibited.


Article 5: Conduct of the competition


To participate, those wishing to try their luck will need to purchase a t-shirt from the Voyage Gashapon collection, sold at a unit price of €35.99. This can be purchased either during the sales event at the pop-up store located at 55, rue de Cléry, 75002 Paris on November 30th and December 1st, or from the website https://hayami-shop.fr/, starting December 7th, 2024.

Each purchase of a new t-shirt is equivalent to a new entry.
Participations are therefore cumulative.

To win the trip, you will need to discover the unique gold version winning t-shirt as well as a special card telling the winner how to contact the Hayami brand to make their case.


The winner authorizes the Organizing Company to publish his or her name on the Internet or on any other medium it deems useful and only his or her name.

The Hayami brand reserves the right to announce the discovery of the winning ticket at the most opportune time between December 24, 2024 and January 15, 2025.

The prize, if unclaimed within THREE MONTHS after the end date of the competition, will be considered abandoned by the winner.
The winners of the game authorize any verification concerning their identity and their address.

Any indication of false identity or false address will result in the elimination of the latter. Similarly, the Organizing Company reserves the right to pursue by any means, any attempt to divert these rules, in particular in the event of erroneous declarations.

Any additional details and practical information for the delivery of the prize will be given to the winner in due course.

In the event of force majeure, or if circumstances so require, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent or greater value. Without prejudice to any legal action and its right to terminate the participant's registration, the Organizing Company is not required to send any prize or winnings to the beneficiary participant if they have not entered their contact details correctly or if they have clearly, and by any means, succeeded in distorting the result of a game or have not complied with these rules.

The Organizing Company undertakes to protect the winner's data and contact details securely and not to disclose them.

Article 6: Liability - Force Majeure - Extension - Annexes


The Organizing Company declares that it has no knowledge of the location of the winning t-shirt, as it is randomly and untraceably mixed with the others. There will be 1999 t-shirts and only one winning t-shirt.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any failure of the carrier, delivery error or loss of the package hypothetically containing the winning t-shirt.

It will not be held responsible in the event of an abandoned or failed order, as well as in the event of a shortage of available stocks before the scheduled end date of the competition.

Any information communicated by participants, in particular delivery addresses, will be considered null and void and will not be taken into consideration if it contains any inaccuracy.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any damage of any nature (personal, physical, material, financial or other) occurring during the participation of a player during the competition.

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, this game should be modified, shortened or cancelled.

In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period.

Additions, or, in the event of force majeure, modifications to these rules may be made during the game. They will be considered as annexes to these rules.


It is agreed that the Game Organizer may rely, in particular for the purposes of proving any act, fact or omission, on programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) of a nature or in computer or electronic formats or media, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by the Organizer, in particular in its information systems, in connection with
the use of its website.

The players undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the elements of the nature or in the formats or computer or electronic media mentioned above, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever and which would specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof.

Thus, the elements considered constitute evidence and, if they are produced as means of evidence by the Game Organizer in any contentious or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document which would be established, received or kept in writing.


Finally, it is expressly agreed that the law that will apply is French law. The competition, the rules and their interpretation are subject to French law.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to exclude from participation in this competition any person who disrupts the running of the competition.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to use any recourse and in particular to prosecute anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged or disrupted the operations described in these rules, or has attempted to do so.

Any participant in the game who is considered by the Organizing Company to have disrupted the game in any of the aforementioned ways will automatically be deprived of any right to obtain any winning prize, and no claims will be accepted as a result.

The Organizing Company reserves the right, particularly in the event of compelling reasons, to shorten, extend or cancel this competition, in part or in its entirety, if circumstances so require. It cannot be held liable for this.

These changes may, however, be subject to prior notification by all appropriate means, in particular via the Organizing Company's website.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the possibility of participating in the Game if it, or its possible hosting provider, can no longer ensure the continuity of the service necessary for the running of the competition.

The Organizing Company may always, in the event of force majeure, fortuitous event, or exceptional circumstance (fire, flood, natural disaster, intrusion, cyber attack, strike or any other event of force majeure or fortuitous event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code) even if arising from its own responsibility (subject to good faith), cease all or part of the game.

This competition will be cancelled in the event of force majeure, without the participants or winners being entitled to claim any compensation in this regard.


Article 7: Complaints


Any dispute or claim regarding this game will only be considered if it is submitted before 11:59 p.m. on January 15, 2025. The postmark is proof.
Any dispute or claim must be made by simple letter addressed to the organizer of the Game whose contact details appear in article 1 of these rules.


This letter must state the exact date of participation in the game, the player's full contact details, and the exact reason for the dispute. No other means of dispute or complaint will be considered.

The Organizing Company shall have sole jurisdiction to decide any question of application or interpretation of the rules or in the event of any gaps in them during the running of this game.

Article 8: Acceptance of the regulations


Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.

Any practical difficulties in interpreting or applying these rules will be settled by the Organizer. No telephone or written requests concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or terms of the game or the designation of the winner will be answered.
